Who/What Are We Looking For?

 

As a Contracts Admin, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the contracts department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently handle the processing of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Interact with customers to provide assistance and address inquiries related to contracts, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide general administrative support to the contracts department

 

Qualifications

To be a successful member of our team, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction
  • A knack for identifying customer needs and effectively communicating
  • Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability
  • A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
  • Proficiency in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously
  • A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy when responding to customer needs

 

Compensation: 

  • $19 – 21 an hour, based on experience
  • Paid hourly/weekly

 

Office Hours: 

  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:30am – 5pm
