Who/What Are We Looking For? 

As a vital part of our team, you will: 

  • Professionally manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries with finesse and expertise 
  • Efficiently gather customer information, assess needs, and provide comprehensive solutions 
  • Confidently promote our products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations 
  • Support our field personnel in their day-to-day operations as needed
  • Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations 

 

Qualifications: 

To be a successful member of our team, you'll need: 

  • A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction 
  • A knack for identifying customer needs and effectively communicating our offerings 
  • Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability 
  • A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

F.H. Furr is committed to providing all the training needed to excel in this role. 

 

Office Hours: 

  • $18/hour
  • Paid weekly

Office Hours: 

  • Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Full-time
