Our Lead Installers enjoy a lucrative annual income ranging from $85,000 to $130,000, as well as the opportunity to be part of a dynamic company committed to your growth and success in the HVAC industry.

Position Overview: Residential Lead HVAC Installer

As a Residential Lead HVAC Installer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Installing, starting up, and conducting run tests on residential HVAC equipment in adherence to manufacturer specifications
• Proficiently handling high voltage, low voltage/control wiring, refrigeration lines, ductwork connections, gas line connections, thermostat installation and programming, as well as the installation of IAQ equipment such as UV lights and humidifiers
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality craftsmanship and ensuring all installations meet the highest standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• 3+ years of HVAC installation and/or service experience
• Strong decision-making abilities and technical acumen
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Meeting all attendance and dependability requirements
• Valid driver's license
