Key Responsibilities:

As the Operations Manager, you will:

• Recruit, cultivate, and retain an exceptional team that consistently exceeds quotas
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff members
• Ensure comprehensive training for all team members
• Handle customer inquiries and facilitate problem resolution
• Monitor and be accountable for various program metrics, including efficiency and overall team production
• Drive behaviors essential to surpassing targets
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement
• Uphold industry standards of workmanship, quality, and safety within your team's activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably within a parallel industry that demands astute management acumen
• Preferred, though not required: Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical experience
• The ability to inspire and drive both personal and professional growth within the team
• A commitment to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction
• A track record of steering team performance to achieve business goals and objectives
• A keen eye for detail and an innate capacity to adeptly navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment Good presentation skills with comfort addressing relatively large groups
