Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll for F.H. Furr's team
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain records of payroll transactions, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Generate reports for management review and audit purposes
- Stay informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
- Familiarity with ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is a must
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
