Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the installation team, ensuring work meets industry standards and company expectations
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are available and in good condition for installations
- Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction within the installation team
