Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant
Position Summary
The Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting with homeowners to assess plumbing needs, provide solution-based recommendations, and present financing and purchase options. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals through ethical, consultative selling. The consultant works closely with field technicians, installers, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with residential customers to evaluate plumbing repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities.
- Conduct in-home consultations and perform system assessments.
- Present plumbing solutions, products, and services that align with customer needs and budget.
- Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing projects.
- Educate customers on available financing options, warranties, maintenance plans, and promotions.
- Gas System Knowledge: Understanding of residential natural gas and propane systems, safety standards, code requirements, and related sales opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in home services, plumbing, HVAC, remodeling, or related industries.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in residential plumbing sales.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, water heaters, water treatment systems, sewer line services, and related products.
- Experience with financing programs and in-home sales presentations.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
