What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns
- Perform code-compliant repairs, installations, and upgrades, including:
- Panels, breakers, wiring, and circuits
- Switches, receptacles, lighting, and specialty fixtures
- Other residential electrical components and systems
- Conduct thorough system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners
- Provide professional recommendations and solutions with customer satisfaction in mind
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC code requirements
- Document work accurately using mobile service software
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle
- Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems
- Confidence communicating with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
- Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
