What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential drain and sewer issues
- Perform professional drain cleaning using industry-standard equipment, including:
- Cable machines and rooters
- Hydro-jetting and advanced clearing methods (as applicable)
- Identify root causes of blockages, backups, and slow drains—not just the symptoms
- Perform basic drain and piping repairs or replacements when needed
- Conduct system evaluations and clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential drain cleaning or plumbing service (drain-focused experience strongly preferred)
- Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with homeowners
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
- Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
