What We Need:
F.H. Furr is currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in Ashburn, VA. Our company, established in 1981, has a strong focus on providing high-quality residential services. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in using a computer and warehouse management software
