The Role:
We are actively seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee one of our high-impact branches of F.H. Furr in Finksburg, Maryland. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on people, performance, and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
• Direct day-to-day operations across service, install, sales, and administrative teams
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals
• Own your branch P&L—manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
• Hire, train, and lead high-performing teams that reflect our culture and values
• Create accountability through KPIs, metrics, and operational standards
• Champion a customer-first mindset at every level of the business
• Foster strong vendor and internal relationships to support branch goals
• Promote a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment
What You Bring:
• 7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in service or operations-heavy industries
• Proven success leading teams and managing a branch or business unit P&L
• Strong communicator and motivator with high emotional intelligence
• Resilient and agile leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Track record of driving results and building positive, winning cultures
• Industry experience in home services is a strong plus, but not required
