What You’ll Be Doing

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high service standards

• Team Development: Hire, mentor, and lead technicians and support staff to meet performance goals

• Performance Optimization: Track key metrics and implement improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction

• Experience: 3–5+ years in an operations or service leadership role, ideally in residential or commercial trades
