What You will Do: 

  • Lead and Grow – Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction 
  • Drive Performance – Establish and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals

What We are Looking For: 

  • Proven Leadership – Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role  
  • Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations 
  • People-First Mentality – Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment 
  • Customer-Driven Mindset – Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty
