We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our in-home sales operations in the Northern Virginia market. You will drive performance, coaching, accountability, and growth across a talented team of Comfort Consultants and Home Advisors who sell HVAC to residential homeowners.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on revenue growth and customer experience — and one of the highest-profile leadership opportunities in our business.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
Build a culture of urgency, accountability, integrity, and service-first selling
Work in close partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Service leadership to maximize lead generation, lead conversion, and profitability
Implement world-class sales training, processes, and coaching to continuously raise performance levels
Manage and optimize key metrics — close rates, average ticket size, finance penetration, sales cycle times, and more
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and positive online reputation from the point of sale through project completion
Foster an environment of teamwork, energy, and a winning mentality
Help recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as we continue to scale
Proven success as a Sales Manager or Sales Leader in a high-volume, customer-centric sales environment
Experience leading in-home sales teams, preferably in residential services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, etc.)
Ability to coach salespeople of all experience levels, from rookies to veterans
Track record of driving strong performance in sales, profitability, and customer experience
Data-driven and metrics-oriented — must be comfortable managing the numbers and holding others accountable
A team builder who can attract, retain, and inspire top sales talent
