Manassas, VA | Full-Time | In-Office

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be a key player on a high-energy team responsible for keeping our customers informed, supported, and excited to continue doing business with us. You will handle critical outbound communications, from rescheduling service calls to proactively scheduling yearly service agreement visits—ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards we are known for across our brands. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Making outbound calls to reschedule customer appointments due to technician conflicts or emergencies
    • Following up with customers who have shown interest but haven’t yet booked a service call
    • Reaching out to schedule annual maintenance for customers with service agreements 
    • Handling customer objections with confidence and professionalism—you're the voice of reassurance and value 
    • Using tools like auto dialers, ServiceTitan, and Hatch to maximize outreach and impact 
    • Maintaining detailed call records and customer notes in ServiceTitan to ensure seamless service across departments 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2-3 years of outbound calling experience, ideally in a customer service or sales-driven environment
    • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills—you know how to keep a conversation engaging
    • Ability to stay focused and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting 
    • Organized, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
