Who/What Are We Looking For? 

As a vital part of our team, you will: 

  • Inbound Member Support – Answer inbound member calls and provide assistance with internal inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions
  • Membership Management & Renewals – Renew expiring memberships, ensure that monthly plans have credit card information on file, and update payment and renewal dates as required
  • Scheduling & Client Follow-Up – Coordinate membership visits, respond to client inquiries via email, and proactively reach out to clients with upcoming membership expirations
  • Support our field personnel in their day-to-day operations as needed
  • Membership Billing: Monitor and address failed payments by contacting clients via phone or text, suspend memberships if necessary, and reactivate them once payment issues are resolved

 

Qualifications: 

To be a successful member of our team, you'll need: 

  • A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction 
  • A knack for identifying customer needs and effectively communicating our offerings 
  • Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability 
  • A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Navigating through multiple software systems with ease and proficiency

Office Hours: 

  • $18/hour
  • Paid weekly

Office Hours: 

  • Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

  • Remote or In-Office in Ashburn, VA
