We are a growing, well established residential service business seeking a strong leader who can motivate, train, and oversee the plumbing department.

Pay Scale: $80,000 to $130,000 annually depending on experience, base + bonus potential

Description: The position will be responsible for all aspects of the plumbing department and will report directly to the General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule, delegate, and direct service activities of technicians with dispatch
- Monitor the performance of the field technicians and advise on quality workmanship and customer service skills
- Provide regular training and coaching
- Recruiting additional technicians and participating in interviews/hiring decisions
- Develop working relationships with customers, field technicians, and executive management
- Growing the department
- Provide service technicians with phone support and assist with identifying solutions
- Manage all parts and labor warranties
- Assist with the implementation of strategic plans for the department
- Additional duties assigned to support the growth of the plumbing department
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years leadership (supervisory/management) in the plumbing industry, a focus in residential plumbing is a plus
- Goal driven and detail oriented
- Proven record of ability to grow and develop a department
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Excellent time management abilities with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal communication
- Strong computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
