Now, we are seeking an IAQ Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in revolutionizing indoor air quality solutions. 

 

Position Overview 

Reporting directly to our Manassas, VA office, the IAQ Manager will take charge of a dozen two-person crews, spearheading duct cleaning initiatives. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all aspects of duct cleaning operations and driving sales of IAQ products. Additionally, the IAQ Manager will be instrumental in promoting additional duct cleaning zones in the field, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and air quality. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a team of a dozen two-person crews, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback 
  • Oversee all aspects of duct cleaning operations, ensuring they are executed accurately, on time, and within budget 
  • Drive sales of IAQ products and services, enhancing our customers' indoor air quality experience 
  • Promote and educate field teams on additional duct cleaning zones to maximize service offerings 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting IAQ solutions to our customer base 
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays 
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction within the IAQ department 

 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAQ services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role 
  • Strong knowledge of duct cleaning procedures, IAQ products, and industry best practices 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals in IAQ services and upselling 
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Proficient in using computer software for reporting and scheduling 

 

Office Location 

  • Manassas, VA (Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:00)
