We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Scheduler. In this role, you’ll connect with current membership customers to help schedule their maintenance and safety inspections, ensure they understand its value and enjoy the benefits of being part of our family.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively Reach Out: Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to schedule seasonal maintenance and safety inspections.
- Promote Membership Benefits: Clearly communicate the advantages of joining or renewing memberships, including priority service, discounts, and maintenance perks.
- Update CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, enrollment statuses, and feedback.
- Support Other Administrative Tasks As Needed: This can include handling department emails, taking inbound calls as needed, and helping with other membership department tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident Communicator: You’re comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Organized and Efficient: You excel at managing call lists, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Customer-Centric: You genuinely care about helping customers and building long-term relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re skilled in using CRM tools, call systems, and basic office software.
Preferred:
- Experience in an outbound sales or customer engagement role.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or home service industries is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
