Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations, that align with F.H. Furr's brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Take ownership of projects, from brainstorming ideas to delivering polished designs on schedule.
- Edit, refine, and update existing design materials to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Research industry and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Organize and manage design files, ensuring assets are easily accessible and project timelines are met.
- Adapt to feedback and challenges with a positive attitude and a drive to improve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Motion, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other design tools is a bonus.
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead in the field.
- Open-minded with a passion for ongoing personal and professional growth.
- Excellent time management and communication skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with web design tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
- Basic knowledge of social media platform design specifications.
- Illustration or motion graphics expertise.
- Photography or video editing skills.
