Job Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards
- Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations
- Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering maintenance tips
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
