What We Need:
F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced residential Electrical Installer to join our team. The Electrical Installation Division is responsible for installing generators, panels, wall pack batteries, fixtures, heavy-ups, attic fans, home rewires, and large lighting projects in residential applications. No selling is required for this position. These jobs will be sold by consultants or service technicians and handed off to the installation division for installation and completion. This position will be based out of our Manassas headquarters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Electrician
- Generator installation experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, wiring, panel installations, and electrical codes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting residential electrical components like circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
- Must be able to lift to 100 pounds
- Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
- Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
Pay
- $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience
- Paid weekly
